Our bonsai soils are the best pre-mixed soil for the northeastern United States. Many things will factor into what soil works for you, which is why we offer our pre-mixes as well as components. If you live in a drier climate, you may want to add more fir bark or low fired akadama soil to your mix. If you live in a wetter climate, adding more coarse river sand may be recommended. Soils and soil components are available in multiple bag sizes. Soils (especially the larger sizes) are heavy. In some cases there may be a surcharge to cover the increased cost of shipping.
