Satsuki Azalea - Imported in January 2021
This awesome Azalea was handpicked by Jun in January 2022. It cleared customs early February and was quickly repotted into a ceramic pot. Soil is Kanuma.
This is an incredible tree with a nice fat trunk. It's already pushing incredible flowers.
Satsuki Azaleas are easily styled and deliver an attractive presentation year round. Blooms Late May - June. The flowers speak for themselves. In terms of culture and conditions, satsuki azaleas like moderation- not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. And the roots grow close to the surface so they like to stay moist, especially in the summer.
If you want to experience an Azalea Flower, this is your chance! It's becoming more and more difficult to find awesome trees in Japan and the price is increasing, significantly.

The azalea prefers lots of sunlight with shade during hottest parts of summer. We pride ourselves in having hand picked this tree ourself in Japan. Our Azaleas are imported bareroot and potted in Japanese Kanuma. Our trees stay in our greenhouse under expert care until we are 100% sure they are ready to sell.

Shipping Bonsai Trees:
Bonsai trees are generally shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid having them stay in the boxes for any extra time over the weekends.
Shipping Non-Tree Items
All non-bonsai items such as bonsai pots and bonsai supplies are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day, depending on the time of day the order is received.
