Famed Bonsai expert, Laurent Darrieux, will journey from his residence in France to be our featured artist for the Fall Celebration 2023.
As the pioneer of the Kozumic approach, Laurent's artistic vision greatly differs from conventional Bonsai methods. Instead, he seeks to craft trees and shapes rooted in profound imagination.

Mike Lane is a distinguished bonsai artist with a rich history in the art of bonsai design, particularly in shohin and tropical bonsai. His journey began in 2010 when he clinched first place in the annual styling competition by the Bonsai Societies of Florida, earning him a scholarship.
This accolade paved the way for a transformative trip to Mexico for the 2010 FELAB convention, where he had the privilege of learning from renowned artists like Mauro Stemberger, Min Lo, and Robert Steven, among others.
