RE-OPENING AND CURBSIDE CONTACTLESS PICKUP 

 

New Retail Hours:

  • Friday: Closed - Curbside Pickup Available
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM (Open to the Public)
  • Sunday: 12 PM to 3 PM (In-Store by Appointment Only)

 

We’re following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local authorities, and we’ve got our own solid plan in place.

 

Retail Shopping Guideline: For Bonsai Addicts & Members

 

● We are now open to the public on Saturdays: No appointments necessary. We will be open 9am to 5pm. We are still limiting the number of people in the greenhouses at one time but feel free to visit us!

Appointments are MANDATORY for Sunday Shopping: Gates to greenhouses are closed, but you’ll see a pleasant face at the orange gate validating appointments.

Three (3) Customer Limit: Our greenhouses are open air, and there’s bonsai awesomeness outside between the greenhouses.

Face masks and social distancing of 6’ is a must. If you’re not comfortable wearing one at this point, even while shopping outside, please wait to visit.

 

We have all of the bonsai Trees from Hollow Creek at the nursery. We also got back in time from the West Coast. Unfortunately, all under $100 trees have sold online.

If you are looking for beginners trees, supplies (soil, tools, etc) or pots, or need to have a tree re-potted, we encourage you to take advantage of our Curbside Pickup Solution.

 

Please email us if you’re unsure. We want to save the Retail Shopping times to customers looking to purchase premium bonsai trees. This is temporary. We will receive more economical trees in the near future.

● Shop nebonsai.com to purchase trees, supplies, and pots. We can ship your order, or select In-Store Pickup. We’ll pick your order, and send you a link to our curbside calendar.

Winter Boarding:  

 

Can I pick up my trees from Winter Boarding?

Yes, we’d like that. But NOT without a scheduled appointment. As of Monday, March 30 we have started to contact and schedule contactless curbside tree pickup.   

Can’t wait! You can request an electronic invoice and appointment by emailing us at nebonsai@nebonsai.com. We will do our absolute best to respond quickly.    

  1. You Must Have a Pre-Scheduled Appointment.  
  2. All Fees Must Be Pre-Paid Electronically.  
  3. Pick Up is Contactless and Takes Place near the barn.  

 

IMPORTANT: You Must Arrive during your scheduled time. If you are early or late, please respect our Social Distancing and remain in your car until the next person leaves.   

If you can wait for NEBG to initiate the invoice & appointments via email, that would be greatly appreciated. We know you want your trees back and we’re doing the best we can. 

 

Can someone else pick up my Trees? 

We will ONLY release trees to the name that is listed on the order. Please also note that all transactions are being recorded, for our mutual security.   

If you are sending someone else to Pick Up YOUR trees, please notify us in advance. They will need to bring the paperwork we email you.  

 

Please email us with exceptions and/or special requests. We will work with you.  

 

Can I add a few items and curbside pickup everything at once?  

Absolutely. This would help us tremendously. Let us know what you want and we can add it to your invoice and have everything ready for you. When we send you the email, let us know what you need.

Can you ship the items to me?  

Yes, absolutely. Most items can be shipped to you.  

 

How does the curbside pickup process work? 

It’s simple and fast! When you purchase using Buy Online, Pickup In-Store, we will contact you VIA EMAIL to schedule Contactless Curbside Pickup. Please be patient, it might take us a day or two before we can get your Contactless Curbside pickup scheduled.
